We offer a return policy within two (2) days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns or exchanges do not apply to international shipping orders, opened or used products, or cases of misuse or improper storage. Verah Lab is not responsible for shipping delays or issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If you receive an incorrect product, Verah Lab will cover all return shipping costs. However, if you wish to return a product due to a change of mind without any defect, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Return requests must be submitted through customer service, and once the returned product is inspected, the refund will be processed within up to 10 business days. In case of missing items, we kindly ask you to provide a clear video recording while opening the package. Please note that order cancellations are not allowed during promotional periods or when discount codes are used.
Golden Guarantee: Our satisfaction-based return guarantee is available after using the product for a minimum of three (3) weeks if you are not satisfied with the results. This guarantee does not apply to products purchased during promotional or discount periods.
